The CRDC UK Network is a free, UK-wide coordinated service for industry, designed to make it easier and faster to deliver commercial clinical research in the UK.
Acting as a central point of contact, we connect sponsors and commercial research organisations to 35 CRDCs across primary, secondary, specialist and community care — supporting rapid engagement, coordinated feasibility and efficient study delivery.

A coordinated, UK wide research infrastructure
The Network brings together 35 industry-funded Commercial Research Delivery Centres (CRDCs), with capability across pharmacy, nursing and specialist teams to support high-quality delivery at scale.
Through a coordinated route, sponsors can:
- Engage with multiple active commercial trial Centres quickly and efficiently
- Access primary, secondary, specialist and community settings
- Navigate the UK research system with clarity and confidence
Sponsors continue to work directly with CRDCs. The Network provides additional support for example, where coordination across multiple centres or system navigation is needed.

- Offer coordinated feasibility insight across Centres
